Privacy Policy
Your Event Data
This policy explains what information Sayari E-card collects, why it is used, and how it supports invitations, RSVP responses, QR entry passes, dispatch activity, and event reports.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information needed to operate the platform, including account details, profile information, saved card content, template data, recipient names and phone numbers, RSVP responses, dispatch logs, QR access passes, scanner links, check-in logs, and package/payment records.
2. Information Provided by Guests
Guests may submit their name, phone number, response status, and optional message through public RSVP pages. If QR access is enabled, guest information may also be used to prepare a personal entrance pass.
3. How We Use Information
- To authenticate users and protect accounts.
- To save, edit, publish, and share invitation cards.
- To manage RSVP responses, recipient lists, dispatch activity, and check-in logs.
- To generate QR passes, validate scans, and show event reports.
- To process package access, one-time event passes, and payment status.
- To send account, verification, password reset, designer, and service emails.
4. Public Links and Shared Access
Invitation links, RSVP pages, QR preview pages, and scanner links can be opened by people who receive those links. Event owners should share them carefully. Scanner links should only be sent to trusted staff helping at the entrance.
5. Third-Party Services
Sayari E-card may use trusted services for hosting, databases, email delivery, image storage, payment processing, SMS, WhatsApp, analytics, and security. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the service.
6. Data Security
We use authentication, role-based access, hashed tokens, and access controls to reduce exposure of sensitive information. QR codes and public links are designed to avoid placing private account data directly inside the code.
7. Data Retention
We keep event, RSVP, dispatch, check-in, and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service, support reports, prevent abuse, or meet business and legal requirements. Event owners may delete or revoke supported items from the application where available.
Draft invitation cards are retained for a limited period. Drafts and deleted drafts remain accessible or recoverable for up to 7 days. After that, they may be hidden and inaccessible, and after 14 days they may be permanently deleted from our database.
8. Your Choices
You may update your profile information, revoke scanner links, disable QR access where supported, delete drafts, and manage event data through your account. For account or data requests, contact Sayari support through the official support channel.
9. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy when features, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be available on this page.
