Terms of Service
Sayari E-card Terms
These terms explain how Sayari E-card may be used to create, share, manage, and track digital invitations, RSVP responses, guest entry QR passes, and event-related reports.
1. Using Sayari E-card
You may use Sayari E-card only for events you are authorized to organize or support. You are responsible for the invitation content you create, the recipients you contact, and the guest information you upload or collect.
2. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. If your account is used to create cards, send dispatches, manage RSVP links, approve templates, or scan guests, we treat those actions as performed by you or by someone you authorized.
If you invite staff, designers, or door scanners, give access only to trusted people and revoke access when it is no longer needed.
3. Cards, RSVP Links, and QR Access
Saved cards, RSVP links, guest QR passes, scanner links, and reports are provided according to your active package, subscription, or one-time event pass. Some features may be limited by card count, event duration, QR recipient count, scanner links, or export access.
- RSVP links allow guests to submit attendance responses and messages.
- QR access allows event owners to generate entry passes and scan guests at the door.
- Shared scanner links are intended for trusted event staff and may be revoked or time-limited.
4. Drafts, Deletion, and Recovery
Draft invitation cards are temporary working copies attached to your account. Drafts remain accessible for 7 days from their last saved activity. Deleted drafts may also be restored for 7 days from deletion.
After the 7-day recovery window, drafts and deleted drafts may be hidden and become inaccessible. After 14 days, they may be permanently deleted from our database. Expired, hidden, or permanently deleted drafts are not eligible for restoration or refund.
5. Payments and Packages
Paid packages unlock the features and limits shown during checkout. Subscription packages renew based on the chosen billing cycle. One-time event passes apply to eligible event usage for the configured duration or limit.
Package limits, including cards, recipients, SMS, WhatsApp, RSVP links, QR guests, scanner links, exports, and usage duration, are consumed as the related service is used. Reaching a limit may require purchasing another package or upgrading before continuing.
Purchases are generally non-refundable once access, credits, dispatches, templates, QR passes, RSVP links, or other package benefits have been delivered or consumed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Demo or mock payment flows are only for testing and do not represent final provider settlement until a real payment gateway is enabled.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not use Sayari E-card to send abusive, misleading, unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or unauthorized content. Do not upload content that violates another person's rights, privacy, or intellectual property.
7. Templates and Designer Content
Templates submitted by designers may be reviewed, approved, rejected, unpublished, or removed by Sayari administrators. Designers should submit original or properly licensed work only.
8. Service Availability
We work to keep Sayari E-card reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Internet connectivity, third-party providers, SMS/WhatsApp gateways, email services, hosting providers, and device camera permissions may affect availability.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the product grows. Continued use of Sayari E-card after updates means you accept the latest version.
